POSITION: EPC Representative II
DEPARTMENT: Electronic Processing Center
REPORTS TO: Manager, Electronic Processing Center
FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: Level 14 ($ 35,358.00 – $ 53,037.00, Annually, DOE)
To perform variety of clerical and technical duties related to the operation of the Electronic Processing Center. These include providing information and technical support to members and front-line staff for the Credit Union's Debit/Credit Card, ATM, Share Branch, Share Draft, On-line Bill Pay, Payroll and ACH services. Utilize different sources of information to ensure uninterrupted member services. The EPC representative II works with different levels throughout the department and the organization, and interacts directly with members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Provide quality services to our members and Credit Union staff
~ Review services related reports and perform changes, charge fees and make adjustments
~ Verify risk transactions with members or merchants
~ Process all electronic service transactions
~ Review credit or debit card status and perform card/account maintenance
~ Process Lost/Stolen Card Report
~ Process ATM deposits and handling large item notification and extending deposit holds
~ Determine and peruse chargeback, good faith or insurance claim for member’s disputes; including obtaining supporting documentation and resolving disputes.
~ Balance and post daily settlements and handle exception items
~ Handling new or re-issue card orders and inventory
~ Perform other duties as assigned
PREREQUISITES FOR POSITION
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years of college with Accounting or computer courses or equivalent electronic processing experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Have the ability to understand and follow operational policies and procedures; detail oriented, accurate, and able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks and demands. Display proficiency in use of basic business machines and Microsoft Office programs and possess good oral and written communication skills. Able to work overtime on holidays and Saturdays as needed.
