This position is a day shift, salaried Clinical Care Coordinator Position. However, you may be required to work other shifts as needed. This position is also required to work a weekend rotation of approximately 1 shift per month.
Qualified candidates must hold a valid unencumbered IN RN license. This position will manage the operations of a Sanctuary neighborhood(s). You will be responsible to support your associates, guests and family members. You will also be responsible for daily and weekly audits, to attend care conferences and to follow up on grievances. Must have excellent leadership, communication and organization skills. Must be approachable and give excellent customer service.
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift personnel. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Clinical Care Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
