Different enviroments

Moved to a diffrent local at that time and had a job there for a little while before I decided to move back home. I have learned that I did not enjoy working there. I didnt have much of a social enviroments with the co worker. The hardest part of the job was to sit down all day. The time I was their its a great place for a person to work. If you want M-F 40 hrs only

Pros: its family oriented, well managed, has loyalty involved, and you are well respected no matter what
Cons: not much overtime was involved
I did enjoy the experience I received at Sanmina. They have a great facility and are determined to accomplish their goals and meet all deadlines. Thats something I respect alot due to the fact you still have a deadline to meet.

Cons: job insecurity, plant closed
I liked working at SCI. It was mostly a friendly work environment. They promoted quality over quantity and practiced safety procedures.
