Pros: great people, great innovations!
Cons: annual redeployments of staff
Working with three very dynamic leaders with vastly difference leadership styles was amazing! Each brining strengths an skills to produce positive sales trends.

A great company all-in-all! It was unfortunate to be part of the nationwide downsize in 2010.

Asset Manager / Inventory Management (Former Employee), Bridgewater, NJSeptember 28, 2014
I was a contractor that lasted for years. We all found out that at the end of the week our project was getting outsourced. It was such a shame but a great place to work. Everyone worked hard and was never bothered. I personally did whatever needed to get done and hardly ever spoke to my boss who was in another building.

Sales (Current Employee), midwestSeptember 23, 2014
Pros: some decent products
Cons: company culture makes you hate the company you work for in short order
Sanofi is a profitable company to be sure. Have some good products. The biggest obstacle to sucess when working at Sanofi actually comes from within Sanofi. Strange and unfortunate company culture.

Worked evening shifts, most time alone dealing with multiply issues at times. Evening shifts are tough on personal life. Ultimately, this reason caused me to leave company.

Co-workers are very good. Rarely had to deal with upper management. Mid-managers were good.

sales (Current Employee), New YorkJuly 9, 2014
Pros: free lunches, car, etc
Cons: not enough money
this job is great for a mother who has kids in school. You can work around your own schedule and the doctors schedule. It is not difficult as long as you do what you are supposed to do! There is no room for advancement unless you decide to do a preceptorship for 6 months at the home office. The pay is so low for a pharmaceutical rep at 54,000$ and barely any bonus. It is not difficult at all, nor is it challenging. If you want to get paid for doing as little a possible this is a perfect job!

I learned a lot at this company and was bale to take the skills I acquired to other positions. Majority of the employees have been work there a LONG time. However, that can be a place you can get stuck too if your not self motivated to do more.
