Busy call center. Everyday learning experience. Great co-workers. I enjoy the independence of taking care of daily tasks and calls. The most difficult part of the job is not able to help the members due to it being out of the Health Plans control.

My day started with a meeting with the CEO on the development of a new program for "Healthy Families "state program. This organization worked inconjunction with the state funded program. This was the beginning of "managed Care". My Manage was a fun loving person but seem to favor the men on our team. My co-works were very smart and vocal. The hardest part was again the traveling to meetings in Oakland ,San Francisco. The enjoyable part was networking with others and with my peers.
