Union finisher/laborer (Former Employee), Indianapolis, IN – November 20, 2015
Pros: Good pay
Cons: After jb was done had to wait until another job came along.
I was a Union Finisher. I worked on many construction jobs. I worked wherever they sent me. The most difficult part of the job was when it was finished, I had to wait until they called to send me on another job.
MACHINIST (Former Employee), Louisville, KY – November 20, 2015
There were good perks to working at this job. Srs taught me a trade. I appreciate the company for them teaching me the trade of being a machinist. The management team wasn't the best that i have ever have had in a management team. There were times that they really would interact with the team and there were times they acted as if we didn't exist. The hardest part about my job was when we needed things to help us make our job easier are to help us be able to do our job; the management team wouldn't help. The enjoyable part about the job was learning. I enjoyed learning at my job. Learning new things was and is exciting to me.
Assistant Community Manager (Former Employee), Wildomar, CA – November 14, 2014
My day at work is always challenging and a face pace work environment which keep you busy each day. I learn to always listen to your residents and understand there side of the story and then listen to the resident that has the problem before you come to a complete judgment. Management was great. Co-workers had different temperaments so you have be understanding. The hardest part of my job was keeping the kids out of my office. The most enjoyable part of my job was my Team.
