The worst place you could possibly work.
Software Engineer (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 14, 2017
Sapient Global Markets is not only the worst company I have ever worked for, they are the worst company you could work for. Upper management is a bunch of white frat boys who never worked a day in their life and don't know anything about technology. It is like having an insecure high school football coach trying to manage a trip to the moon.

Then this band of racist, sexist bullies puts together a team consisting entirely of freelancers, and sells some vaporware to an unsuspecting customer.

This company makes nothing, they have no expertise, and the work environment could not possibly be worse.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Brought out by Publicis(French company)
Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYDecember 23, 2016
decent culture, but not making any money. Too much competition. No future for anyone who work there. Don't even waste your time there. Their business model is to earn the margin base on your skills, but they have no resource for your advancement. As a new hire, you don't even have a phone or a place to stay in the office. If you don't get contract out, then you will be out in 2 months. The opportunity cost!! Global markets will not even exist in 2 years with Publicis plan. Think twice!!

Party

Manager - Business Consulting (Current Employee) –  New York, NYApril 8, 2015
Sapient is a solid company that focuses on the happiness of their employees. Work/life balance is very important, and a strong organizational culture seems to be a top priority. One area Sapient needs to improve on is ensuring that all of their employees are challenged, and staffed to the right projects.

You may learn a lot, based on the project that you're staffed on. But it's completely up to you to find a project to get staffed on.
