I really enjoy working for Sapient. High energy, progressive environment.

The work and atmosphere entirely depend on the project that you are on. Most of the company is at the site of the client, half of Government Services is at NIH in Bethesda so there is not a lot of visibility among leadership there.

It's a good place if you have a good team to work with. Good managers always help. If you like to work on your own without being micro managed, this is the place for you.

If you are not familiar with digital consulting projects that run at a fast pace and require lots of travel and client facing support, then you may not be a fit.

Overall, known for execution under adverse conditions, Sapient has a stellar reputation. Be prepared for 75% travel or to relocate and to learn FAST. No matter what your experience and your – more... background, you will be challenged.

the most enjoyable part of the job is working with higher people like PM's and coordinating the project at higher level so I got lot to learn and it is an amazing experience!

Here the culture is simply amazing and there is a lot of potential with experts in every field and lot of knowledge floating around to learn and gather.

Lead client meetings, established project scope and allocated resources for projects and campaigns. Participated in client-agency planning sessions to set goals and calendar activities for annual engagements.

Worked on various reporting tool called Investor Launchpad, Dewey, W-Notes, Morning Meeting System. Was in Boston for three months to understand the business flow model and acting as onsite Coordinator.

High pay, poor management.

Work many hours, and travel a lot. Communication is not strong throughout the organization.

Good place to work but no work life balance was there, job content was okay but not good, growth was there in terms of salary and designation.

Best place to learn any technology.
One can learn things very easily and happily.

But no incentives for extra work. No fixed hours.

Good for Bachelors. Not for Married Women.

Everything @ Sapient is good and satisfactory except they are really poor in providing good technical opportunities.

Sapient is a good company with freedom to excel ate issues and people will get back the solution. Its like family. I missed Sapient.
