Loved the patients and the doctors, practice consultant and practice manager are controlling. Very poor communication from upper management, usually only on a need to know basis. Very secretive between the two top admins.Employees have no voice except for those who are reporting all of the office gossip to them, it's an atmosphere where the admins encourage this type of behavior. It leads to employees always undermining each other to be recognized and no one trusts anyone. :( Management style is by intimidation & micro management.
