The day would start with checking and responding to emails. The phone lines would go live at 8:00 and go 4:45. We were expected to work at fast as we could and take as many phones calls as possible. On certain days of the week I would go to the back to fix customers wheels. This is also when I would work closely with the engineering department looking for trends and testing new products. The company atmosphere was a pretty tight knit group but most people were also looking to move on elsewhere.
