Managed vendor accounts and analyzed performance metrics. Provided reports to Dish Network and other retailers, as well as meeting with the President and VP to update them on existing campaigns and new available markets.
I learned a lot about account and relationship management as well as on-line advertising i.e. SEO, affiliate marketing, Pay Per Call and Pay Per Click advertising, performance metrics, phone book advertising.

The most difficult part of this job was the lack of an organized and current back end database. We used outdated MS Access queries that were often broken and took several hours of digging down to base level queries to correct. This organization lacked a SQL database for proper and real-time performance metrics, making it difficult and time consuming to pull important and often timely data from the system.
The best part of this job was the people and the experiences. We worked in a close team setting and often dealt with difficult situations and worked through them as an organization.
