What you see during the interview process is not what the actual job will be. It looks fun at first, but when you have management barking in your face to go faster, being threatened to work weekends if the output isn't acceptable, and the possibility of little to no donations, you realized you made a mistake. You're also not paid enough to deal with incompetent and uncaring management. This is NOT the place to work if you have mental illness. You will be harassed by management if you start to have 'problems.'
