Excellent Employee Benefits; micromanagement and excessive nepotism
BANK TELLER (Former Employee) – Columbia, SC – August 6, 2017
Excellent employee benefits that begin on day one of employment. Excessive micromanagement and nepotism. Constant checking on each employee and monitoring of their work via listening and observing your online activity.
Worked there for over 10 yrs. Family friendly. My supervisor was great. Small but not toooo small. Not too much of the 'good ol' boy' thing. Relaxed atmosphere. Most employees awesome. Pay rate is comparable.
TELLER (Former Employee) – Charleston, SC – January 28, 2016
I learned a lot. learning to handle huge amounts of cash and security measures were definitly huge for me. Management was supportive but harsh at times. Nice coworkers just a little micromanaged. Following procedures when they change daily definitely difficult. Loved working with customers
Teller (Current Employee) – North Charleston, SC – September 17, 2015
The company is great, awesome benefits, great management...customers are a little rude because most of them are older and have been with the credit union a long time, they like to act like you don't know what you are doing. The pay isn't very good, however, the environment is great.
Great Benefits, 401K, Free merchandise, Good management
Teller to Loan Officer (Former Employee) – Columbia, SC – December 28, 2013
I worked for the credit union twice during the eleven year span that is listed on my resume. It is a good company to work for. They have a great benefit and salary package. The working hours fit well with most lifestyles and the work load is not incredibly difficult.
