Inbound Call Center Agent, West Bridgewater, MA - April 8, 2016
For the most part it was a fun place to work. Most of the supervisors were nice and helpful when we had questions. I always got along really well with all my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the customers when they were angry and abusive. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to help the customers who weren't really sure what they wanted or needed and I was able to work with them until they were happy.
