Productive, fun environment that was conductive to great moral
Quality Assurance Inspector (Former Employee), San Diego, CAFebruary 10, 2014
Pros: worked with great people, hours were wonderful, work load was light (at times), very flexible, free coffee
Cons: distance from home, long periods of not assignments (which meant no work)
You would come into work every day at 9am. As you get ready for work to start you would receive tasks from your supervisor. You had until 5pm to complete these tasks on your own pace, if you needed assistance all you had to do was ask. If you were unable to complete the task (given you had a good excuse) that would become your task for the next day. – more... If no tasks were present you had to create tasks for yourself. – less

No job security
First Party Quality Assurance Game Tester (Former Employee), liverpoolMay 15, 2014
SCEE is a great place to work and all the employees are friendly and make good friendships out side of work. However 3 month contracts leave the job with very low security as mostly summer placements take place.

A good role for people with attention to detail.
Format QA TRC Tester (Former Employee), LiverpoolFebruary 21, 2014
Pros: free games
Cons: long hours, limited progression
This is generally a good company to work for. Most people in the company are from a similar background of likes and interests. It is a male dominated role, however, more women are joining the industry.
