ScentAir is a very good company to work for, especially if you work hard and have passion for the concept. The account executive position is a straight hunter role, so there is little account management. Might be an issue for some, but it definitely gives you the opportunity to make more money since your focus is on selling. The commission is uncapped, it's a remote opportunity, and you can have a reasonably entrepreneurial mindset out in the field as you are the main person in your territory and get to build a little business inside the business. The people and the product are a lot of fun, but you're expected to work hard and show results - shouldn't come as a surprise but of course there are those that rely on just the base salary to get them by and for that there is some turnover. Overall, the core value of "Work Hard, Have Fun" best represents what to expect at ScentAir.
