It was my first experience as an Instrumentist in the pharmaceutical field. It was a great job, unfortunately bad management decisions propel the eventual disappearance of the plant.

Performed as a management lead and technical lead in delivering the largest IT project ever undertaken by Schering-Plough. The Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) business process was re-engineered along with its supporting client server system to better serve Schering-Plough's future plans. The existing safety system was replaced by the Oracle Adverse Event – more...  Reporting System package. A complex data migration with extensive testing was performed to ensure that the safety data was moved correctly and completely with a full validation package. I succeeded in many product launches, and was in the top 10% of growth throughout my career at Schering-Plough. Became an Oncology Rep after being in the top 5% in 1998. Took the least performing territory in the U.S. to the top 10% in growth.
