I was nursing an infant son who would not take a bottle on my lunch breaks. He took longer than allowed for a lunch break so I was 5-10 minutes late getting back from lunch every day. I made 160% of my quota on a daily basis which more than made up for the 10 minutes I was late. They fired me after the infant was weaned and things had gone back to normal because they noted all the tardies during my yearly review.
