Regional Truck Driver (Former Employee), West Memphis, AR – May 21, 2013
Pros: none at all
Cons: everything about this company
They treat you as if you need them and they only give you loads when they want you to have them leaving you stranded for days only to go back out on the road.
Field Recruitment Manager (Current Employee), Charlotte, NC-telecommuter – May 17, 2013
A typical work day includes traveling to local partners, schools, military and university partners, providing presentations on the current opportunities available, benefits and history of the company.
Driver Business Leader (Former Employee), Green Bay, WI – May 10, 2013
typical work day is 9-10 hours, the pay is good but the work is hard and stressful and it's hard to step away from your desk. It's not a bad starter job in lower level management
Dispatch and Customer Service (Former Employee), Concord, CA – May 9, 2013
Pros: close to home
Cons: very inconsistant
I enjoyed my position however the constant changes within the company made it very difficult for any of us to be consistant within our jobs. Always management changes, shift changes, employee changes.
driver (Current Employee), west Memphis ar – April 28, 2013

Team Leader (Former Employee), Port Wentworth, Georgia – April 18, 2013
Pros: no pros
Cons: unprofessional/racial discrimination
The Georgia locations are horrible. Managment is blantantly rude, and discrimination is horrible. The benefits are horrible, and the management team shows favortism towards a certain race of people. How do you allow your black employess to come in and work as temps, but hire the white employess on full-time permanent. There will be a class action lawsuit – more... against this company, because there is no way this is right. I along with many other black employees worked as temps for months and some years, and whites were hired on right away. To make things worst the whites do not have any logistics experience. One lady came in as a permanent employee and she had only bartender experience. I on the other hand worked in logistics all of my adult life and had to work a year without any benefits, and for two years received a .37 cent increase. I had major accounts and was really good and what I did, but because of my race I was not compensated in anyway. If you notice this company is always hiring, because the good employees are not able to take the unprofessionalism that this company creates in a daily enviroment. I hope and pray the Green Bay Headquarters for this company do something fast, because what the Port Wentworth location is doing will cause them to be sued!!! Discrimination is against the law, and there is enough information about this company to start the ball rolling in a class action lawsuit. – less

Pros: very nice and respectful management
Cons: no cons what so ever
I have nothing bad to say about Schneider I worked for them for about 8 years and they were great unlike knight transport Schneider knows how to run a transportation company in every way they do things by the book no cutting corners or breaking d.o.t laws like some company's in courage and sometimes demand you to do it don't know how they stay in business. – more... Thank you for the great 8 years you employed me will never forget it. – less
Driver (Current Employee), chicago,IL – April 11, 2013
Cons: everything
They require you to work your whole 12 hour shifts, and get mad if you need off for a family emergency or for any reason. The trucks are horrible, and the mechanics barely fixing anything that is wrong with them. The dispachers are jerks and they do not care about you as a driver. I would not recommend working here.
Truck Driver (OTR) (Former Employee), Green Bay, WI – April 11, 2013
Drive Class A Tractor Trailer Unit From Point A to Point B. ............................................................................................
This was a very busy and customer service driven position
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Green Bay, WI – April 4, 2013
I worked a four day on, two day off, 10 hrs a shift position, evenings. As a CSR, we utilized up to 6 programs at a time to perform in the role of assisting the drivers and clients for on-time delivery.
Truck Driver (Former Employee), Texas – April 2, 2013
Get in, drive the truck. You don't always go home during your scheduled home time but they mostly get it right. The dedicated routes can be good or bad depending on which company you deliver for.
