I retired from the school district of Philadelphia in 2005 after 28 years of services as a classroom assistant & various other assignments. I have been trained in Bullying Prevention, Peer Mediation, and Single School Cultural.I took the test and obtained my highly qualified letter. I obtained 28 college credit towards a degree in Early Childhood, however, I have not been able to obtain employment and I have applied for various positions that are state funded. What am I doing wrong?.
