Classification: Computer Technical Support/Web Design
The position is responsible for server and computers technical support such as software upgrades, server administration, antivirus updates, firmware/driver/bios updates, hardware support and trouble shooting, and so on; setup network and troubleshooting; web design and update; and maintenance of Toshiba phone system.
Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
At least 2 years in supporting server and work stations or equivalent experience.
Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
