Beware!!
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) –  Laurinburg, NCJuly 4, 2017
Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a job that will appreciate you and what you do. This was a nice place to work a few years ago then the management changed and it's gone downhill every since! Do not trust any of the management team. They do not care about you and will throw you under the bus to cover their own butts!!

The pay sucks, they waste your time in pointless daily meetings when you could be out in the field helping your clients. That's not to say a once weekly team meeting isn't necessary, it is, but not an hour every morning out of your all ready hectic schedule.

Their goal is to keep the money coming in and not necessarily that which is beneficial to the client.

And their on call system is ridiculous and unrealistic and dangerous to the nurse having to take call on evenings and weekends after all ready working a long hard shift.
Pros
The clients and families
Cons
Taking call, The way they do it is unreal, Pay, Benefits, Backstabbing and gossiping especially by members of management

Horrible place to work. Management doesn't care about you. All the want is a bunch of work mules. Worked there for more than 14 years. Wasnt a bad place until the last five years when I had had enough and walked out.

I learn every patient is not the same to take care of. I would have 12 sometime, I would love to have time to sit down talk to everyone of them.
