Great job if you have no kids or your kids are already grown.
Field Service Technician (Current Employee) – Traveling – May 8, 2015
9 days on 5 days off, sounds better than it is. The schedule is that way to cut down on payroll. Hours are limited to 30 hours one week and 48 the next week unless supervisor permission for a special case is required. Worst medical benefits I have ever had. Co-workers are great and 3/4 supervisors are awesome.
5 days off every other week
working every other weekend, only being able to plan 4 days a month with kids during the school year.
Enjoyed working at ScriptPro. Unique product. Liked working with the clients, co workers. Hardest part of the job sometime was getting help from the ATL's there they were to be your mentors. Learned something new very day the product was so intense. Every phone call was unique.
Technology based company that specializes in Pharmacy Automation
Training Specialist II (Current Employee) – Mission, KS – September 15, 2012
As a Trainer with ScriptPro our days usually consisted of traveling to different pharmacies, training the staff members on our equipment, and then preparing them to go-live with our equipment in their day-to-day workflow. Then we provided support for a few days to ensure all staff members felt comfortable using our equipment and troubleshooting any issues.
Excellent company culture mid-size company with a family feel
CS Technical Support Analyst I (Former Employee) – Mission, KS – April 11, 2012
The company is great to work for. They genuinely care about their employees. There are around 600 or so employees but the culture keeps a small family business feel to it. The hardest part of the job was leaving to relocate to another part of the country. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with including management.
