Its Ok
Laborer (Current Employee), Miami, FLMay 26, 2014
The management is horrible the job feels like a mom and pops work place. Too much favoritism going on feels racial. But besides that you do have some good workers and the benefits are great. But at time when you go into work feel so much pressure from the co-workers who does nothing at all but sleep and play.

Plead the Fifth
Intermodal Clerk (Former Employee), Medley, FLMay 21, 2014
Pros: great coworkers, good benefits, flexible hours
Working at this company I learned a great deal, I learned how to increase my efficiency, how to use the system AS400, and how to increase my communication with fellow coworkers. It was a great pleasure working with many members of this company. I learned a lot from them and I plan to use these skills to better myself and become a better person and employee.

Upper Management are micro-mentality. Lack of Professionalism
former employee (Former Employee), miamiMay 19, 2013
This company is run like a Mom and Pop store. Not room for advancement, salary/raises are suppress compared to millions in capital profits they make each year. HR dept struggles to do the right thing but is inclined and oblige to 99% pro company not employee leaning. Management dictated by an Elite Group who favors snitches alike. There’s lack of departmental – more... communication, lack of reasonable salary/compensation /benefits and seniority is a fiction. Only hands full of individuals in management are good quality people who are either dead or retired. Back in the 90's this was a fun, loving, caring place to work but with a new CEO this is a frightening Marxism style single party rule. The CEO is all about himself and his millions (wealth) and disregards the rest of company members. They’ve installed cameras everywhere like if this was a top-security prison lockdown. Employees lost respect for superiors who are puppets of the system. What a discreditable place to work, most old school employees left and only new hires remain, way too high employee turn around due to company new policies that do not favor anyone except the Corporation. I have learned to watch my back, learned how the Corp-World works in opposition to the right principles and how managers and job titles are specified by choice of preference by the Elite. Their continued education benefits are a shaggy dog story a swell. I'm glad I'm no longer in anguish and enjoy today a better, more healthy, more monetary compensated atmosphere at a different place. They are out there you need to look for them but they exist. Do not be discouraged by other who say otherwise.

If you like being unhappy, build unsympathetic character due to backstabbers, enjoy low pay salary for years compared to industry standards and being critical remarked. This is the place for you to build such experience for your portfolio. Enjoy the ride! – less

Overall good company
Special Projects (Former Employee), MiamiOctober 12, 2012
Pros: family oriented outings; small company culture in a big company setting.
Cons: big brother is always watching, network of spies within.
Very good company with good compensation / benefits; however, top management is full of double standards and somewhat duplicitous in their dealings with their employees. Favored few with pointed agendas.

Missing Out
Traffic Coordinator (Former Employee), Medley, FloridaOctober 5, 2012
Too much Spanish. If you are not Spanish hard to get a job with this company. They claim that you need to speak Spanish on some of these jobs but not really. It is the Spanish Management Team just wanting to employee their own kind. Might be missing out on some good quality people to employee with the requirement that do not speak Spanish. This is the – more... USA. – less

fast-paced and interesting job
Rate Analyst (Former Employee), Houston, TXSeptember 9, 2012
Pros: great benefits
Cons: very bad ethnics and management; very political
Meeting deadlines in a timely manner; loved my job but very political environment. Very bad management with no work ethics. You were either in the click or treated with no respect. Awesome co-workers. Hardest part of my job was not being treated with respect and not given the opportunity to advance and always being reminded that at my age it would be – more... so hard to find another job. – less
