Working as a front desk agent in the hospitaltiy industry has taught me many things. While working at the hotel, guests were difficult and demanding on occasion. I always made it known to go above and beyond to meet the guests needs, and in exchange gained their loyalty and most importantly their happiness with our service.
The attention to detail that goes into every service and/or interaction will provide the guests with exceptional service. I also learned that communication is key, and with this you will go far.
