The Client Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between our outside sales representatives, Tier III clients, and operations team. The candidate must have a fundamental understanding of websites, have strong communication and have the ability to answer technical questions and escalate through proper channels.

Duties

o Assist internal/external clients with technical issues including but not limited to
o Data Entry of Vehicle Specials
o Assistance with website related bugs
o Data Entry of Bugs in QuickBase/Mantis Systems
o Inventory Troubleshooting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Positive attitude with a problem solving mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail when entering tickets to development team
Maintains quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
Fundamental understanding of the automotive industry and what drives the consumer to convert
Other Duties as Assigned
