Your treated good when management wants you to continually do theyre duties. Lack of management on all levels...rarely on the floor, ahave no clue on what employees r productive n who isn't. If your part of the lazy/gossiping/backstabbing/ensuring the great employees never move up crew...your ok.if you love your store and team, working hard cuz that's you...you will slowly get bullied to leave. Lack of accountability, zero communication across the board, punished if you speak up after your concerns are never cared about. If you go to HR prepare for war, they will find many ways to write you up, criticize everything, groups up and ensures you dread work and you'll be exiled when u want another store...they will talk negative if other Goodwill's ask for reference. This job will break you down and take whatever is left.
