Culinary Operator, San Diego, CA - March 27, 2017
Working at SeaWorld, I've learned a lot from just one particular department that I have been working in for almost 2 years. I've learned how to prepare certain meals and work around the customer's request. I've also learned how to make most of the drink's on the Starbucks menu. I feel that the management in the culinary department is excellent. There's never any situation that isn't handled immediately in an appropriate manner. The workplace culture is friendly and experimental. The workers are always coming in with a positive attitude and there's something new to learn everyday. The hardest part of the job is remembering all the different ways of making the food and drinks. It's a lot to remember, but once you memorize everything, the job becomes easier. The most enjoyable part of my job is being on the register serving guest. There's always new conversation with guests, and a lot of questions I enjoy answering.
