I worked 2 seasons as a Security Officer. As far as the Security department is concerned they don't treat their officers on the day shift very well. I had to stand at a post for 6.5 hrs of an 8 hr shift with NO restroom or food break by myself. This is the same for my colleagues. Think before you take a job here if it's for Security. Other departments seem to have a great work environment.
The work place is really nice with its different themes and attractions.

They foster growth and personal development. Very open door culture. All people who put forth effort, ask questions, take personal responsibility and want to grow are given the opportunity.
