SFI is a great place to work! There is a script we use and if you follow directions, it's not hard.
Not everyone can succeed on the phone and MANY do. Some people are not cut out for this and do not like to be managed and once they hit the phones realize it's not for them.
That is because we give anyone a chance, even with no experience! Some of our all-stars have never been on the phone.
As for these bad reviews on here, there are long term employees who have worked here for 5 or more years and love it!

As for the music, yes we play music but is not too loud. It would not make sense to run a call center if it was too loud to make calls!
Management has expectations and they are realistic. If you are lazy and here to just collect a paycheck or do not follow our procedures you will be called out as with any job.
The pay is fair and you can do well if you are focused and are hungry to be successful. There are also bonuses too!
The management trains every day and gives you plenty of time to be successful!
