SEDC is showing growing pains.
Programmer, Dunwoody GA - September 3, 2014
SEDC is showing growing pains while migrating off COBOL. The 65 million lines of COBOL code consists of COBOL 1 structured logic with no published standards. No real team environment exists as all programmers work individually on work orders without the benefit of a project plan or a true understanding of the scope of the change. The general attitude is to get it done any way you can as quickly as you can without consideration of sound programming practices or balance of life/work. Take this job at your own peril.
