Pros: honest people, fun environment, lots of travel, good leadership seminars
Cons: small base salary (300 weekly), requires networking outside work to get promoted
I used SEE Marketing as kind of a launching point. I worked there for 6 months. After interviewing with a bunch of marketing firms I felt like these guys had the best integrity, actually offered a small base and worked in retail stores not door to door. Not that there's anything wrong with that I just didn't want to do door to door since I didn't intend – more... on staying in sales anyway.
Anyway I think it's cool they volunteer every month with habitat for humanity in fort bend, red cross for hosting blood drives and the local YMCA with underpriveledged kids. I think that says a lot about them as a company.
People there were very welcoming and always trying to help newer people feel comfortable.
Overall as far as sales goes this is more marketing for their client in these stores than anything, they aren't pushy or anything and he average person made like 6-800/week which is more than other sales jobs said they could.
I landed a job in PR which the President there was really helpful in getting me the job. – less
