I was told You'll make 45k no problem, I was outselling my manager month in and month out. And i was on track to make 35k. Management is just a glorified sales associate. All they did was take the brunt of the multi store leaders or district manager. Sales associates do everything were the management team took credit for a lot of the sales.

Great product! Pleasant atmosphere, fun place to work. great position for college students.

In general this company was great to work for. I invested a good portion of my career with them. Before the company went through alot of changes, they took care of their employees.

Select Comfort has a good product that is slightly overpriced. The problem with this job is there is a huge lack of customers. I mean on a week day it was entirely possible to go an 8 hr shift and speak to like one person. If staring at the walls is your thing just waiting and hoping for someone to show up then your good to go. I mean I was in a location – more...  that is in a very busy mall. But seriously when your thinking about buying a bed do you say to yourself. oh lets go to the mall. Nope not really – less
