Pros: they had great party's and offered alot of overtime.
Cons: there where short breaks and you really didn't get a lunch break, we ate our lunch in between telephone calls.
This was a busy place of employment. The telephone lines rang non- stop and you had to be quick and very detail orientated, also very patient with this position. You interacted with all types of people and attitudes. I like my co-workers and the fact that i stay busy. I learned managing skills with this position which was a plus. I did not agree with the management because their managing skills were not professional.
