They place the same ad over and over again. I have quite a bit of marketing and trade show experience - and they never even called me. I think they just want to gather resumes to show potential clients.

HOW LONG DOES AN EMPLOYEE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICES, TRAIN BEFORE THEY ARE LET LOOSE ON THE PUBLIC? THEY NEED MORE, MUCH MORE. AN EDUCATED PERSON TRYING TO CONVERSE WITH A (DON'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT/HOW TO DO THEIR JOB), AND CAN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS NEED TO BE THE ONE COMING IN FOR A JOB, AND NOT BEING A WASTE OF TIME TO THE PROFESSIONALS THAT ARE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT. THE JOB SEEKERS COMPLETE EVERYTHING REQUIRED OF THEM, PER THE WEBSITE, THEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE CLOSEST OFFICE (RANCHO CUCAMONGA) AND IT IS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL. IT IS APPARENT THAT THIS PERSON DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE, AND REQUIRED OF THE JOBSEEKERS TO DO. YOU HAVE THESE POSTINGS, CALL THE CLOSEST OFFICE AND THEY ARE TELLING YOU THE JUST CURRENT JOB IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, CALL ANOTHER OFFICE IN THE CITY WHERE THE JOB IS BEING ADVERTISED. WHEN JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE THIS LAST STRIKE CONVERSATION, SHE SAYS THAT ALL THE OFFICES CAN ACCESS ALL THE SAME INFORMATION. IS SOMEONE JUST INCOMPETENT, STUPID OR WHAT? ARE THEY MENTALLY CHALLENGED(WHICH I COULD UNDERSTAND). YES I AM ANGRY BUT THE BIBLE SAYS TO SIN NOT SO I HAVE NOT GONE INTO THAT OFFICE OR ANY OF YOUR OFFICES. I WORKED WITH AGENCIES BEFORE, BUT NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCE A NIGHTMARE LIKE THIS. THE RANCHO OFFICE OR THAT PERSON NEED TO BE RE-EDUCATED ON THE DYNAMICS OF HER JOB OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR REPRESENTATION OF THE AGENCY. I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED. EVERY CHANCE I GET, I WILL INFORM THE INNOCENT PUBLIC SO NO ONE ELSE EXPERIENCE INCOMPETENCE RUNNING RAMPANT!
