Management does a very poor job of running efficient department. It seemed that each department is its own sector and did not like associating kindly with our departments. Meetings were always tense, negative, and never ended with a solution, just led to more meetings of discussion with no direction. When there is a direction to go in, management shoots it down and the problem never gets revlvoed. Most employees complain about every aspect of the job and are miserable. When you do stand up for yourself and be a problem solver, you always get nowhere. Everybody gossips about everybody and stabs each other in the back.
