Cons: sometimes a little too much committee and not enough action
A very strong culture of integrity and professionalism.

Value creation is engrained in the company, which looks at every project from an NPV point of view. The company is well aware of the professional services available to it and avails itself of the best attorneys and advisors.

Positions vary by what manager you get. Seems like opportunities for advancement are more limited than working for a financial service firm. Work life balance is pretty much there.

Cons: not much job security
The job was very well planned out, every day had its own safety rules and helpful tips, and every day had its own incentives to make everyone perform as best as possible.
The company really took care of their employees and took the time to listen to them as well as compensate them for their efforts.
