Home Care Agency is in search of a full time HR Manager to join our team. Responsibilities will include overseeing all HR functions for 2 office locations located in St. Joseph and in Grand Rapids, MI.
Responsibilities include recruiting for all open position, maintaining employee files, tracking time/attendance, processing payroll, handling employee issues/discipline, etc.
Qualifications include: prior HR experience, Associates or Bachelors degree in HR Management is preferred, good computer skills and good communications skills- both verbal and written.
This position will be based out of one of our locations, however candidate must be willing to travel to other location as needed.
