for a busy Home Health Care Agency located in Saratoga Springs. Duties include, but not limited to: scheduling of Caregivers and Clients; contant interaction with Clients and Personnel; HR responsibilities including reveiwing applications, verifying references, orientation and training; handling Client intakes including some in-home assessments; some outside marketing to Healthcare facilities; and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Must have the ability to multi-task, pocess an abundance of patience, and be a team player with a positive attitude. Experience in Home Health Care is a definite plus. Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to properly communicate both orally and in writing. Requires 35 to 40 hours per week. This will start as a temporary position with the possibility of becoming long-term. Compensation will be based on experience. Some company benefits.
