I enjoyed working on the product and implementing new features. It was a good learning experience and I achieved tremendous personal development. However the management made things stressful due to lack of funds. The deadlines were irrational .

Excellent start up that is in the exciting world of data technology, specifically data protection. Very unique technology that happens to match nicely with today's exponential data growth and rise of Big Data and Analytics. Like any startup you must work hard but you have the freedom to do many exciting things that you cannot at larger companies. Management is down to earth and easy to talk to. Great coworkers who will help you when needed. Most enjoyable part of the job is being able to work cross functionally so easily. Something that can be taken for granted in a small company and next to impossible in a large one.
