Management lied to the employees a few times. Some supervisors had their favorite employees. Job overall was easy work. Sometimes there was no work for weeks but the employees were not sent home, we sat there all day. Some sups would take their teams outside for meetings. Had cookouts sometimes. Hardest part was sitting without work, day was longer. Most enjoyable part of the job was being able to help people.
A decent fly over job to get experience, but not meant to be permanent.

I have worked for Serco-Na for more than three years. The company offers decent pay and benefits, but manages to make even the simplest things unnecessarily stressful. Upper management holds information back until the last possible moment and then blames the employees for not having enough information or tools to do their jobs.

Lots of pot luck dinner's!
Not being allowed to have post it's and pens for notes on desk.

Alot of information to learn in a short time frame. Knowledge of computer programs very helpful. The only down side is the missed hours rule. You can't miss hardly any work or your gone. And they have down time where your just sitting doing nothing but can't leave or goes against you unexcused. There's tines when you get there and within 30 minutes the work is done and your sitting the rest of the day with nothing to do but stare at the screen, and there's only so many times you can read what info is available without apps to work without rereading. I'm a hyper person and it is hard for me to just sit. Good for some, bad for others. Depends on you.
Benefits, work environment, thorough training program
Available excused off time, amount of work at times
There was always positivity throughout the facility

A typical day at work began with making sure there were no new documents to add to online files. After that we would start processing the applications for their healthcare and only contact the consumer if more info was needed for the application.
Everyone was so friendly and there was creative contests every month
