Sertec is a normal 24 hour call center environment where I was employed for almost fifteen years. I met and communed with a lot of wonderful people. A typical day at work was taking calls, servicing the customer professionally, two breaks and thirty minute lunch. The call center changed a lot after a lot of employees were allowed to work remotely.
