The job requires you to do a lot more than you think you'll have to do. You're constantly having to learn new material in a timely manner, but it does help that my coworkers were more than willing to help me out whenever I needed it. We have different experience levels all across the teller line so we could all help each other out whenever the other needed it. You become more like a family and when members/customers get upset with you, you're more than likely going to be defended by a coworker. It can be fast paced and stressful at time when it comes to deadlines and the amount of foot traffic there can be, but it's worth it.
