William M. Raveis, Founder, Chairman and CEO. Prior to devoting full attention to the development and launch of Home-Link Services, Inc., he founded William Raveis Real Estate and Home Services which has expanded since its opening in 1975 into a 41-office company with $2.5 billion in annual sales and over 1,200 Sales Associates. The firm ranks as one of the 30 largest real estate companies in the United States. Mr. Raveis serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Strategic Planning Group and his firm has won numerous national awards for Excellence in the real estate industry. Mr. Raveis was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 1987, and Inc. identified William Raveis Real Estate as one of the Top 350 Growth Companies in the U.S. Mr. Raveis, a former systems analyst, developed the Home-Link concept in 1996 and conceived the CARE software program on which it is based.
Michael F. Trainor, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Trainor joined Century 21 Real Estate Corporation as Senior Vice President of Marketing in 1996 and was responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing investment, the largest in the industry. In addition he oversaw the development of "21 Online," one of the industry's first corporate intranets linking all 102,000 agents and brokers with the company and each other; the development of the Century 21 website and "Century 21 Communities," a co-branded site real estate site with AOL, the world's largest online network. In 1997 he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Corporation. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, which rose under his tenure from 43rd to 5th on Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 500 Franchises list.
Carolyn Deal, Executive Vice President. Before joining Home-Link Services, where she is primarily responsible for acquiring Home-Link licensees and working with them on implementation, Ms. Deal served as Executive Vice President of William Raveis Real Estate and headed divisions whose total volume during her tenure approached $2 billion. Ms. Deal, a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), developed the Relocation Counseling Center for William Raveis Real Estate in 1979. Her clients have included many Fortune 500 companies such as UPS, Waldenbooks, GE Credit, Duracell, American Can and Alexander & Alexander, among others. Her division won the Cendant MASTERS Cup in 1998 and PHH Cup in 1987 for being the Best Real Estate Broker in the nation.
William R. Gamelli, Jr., Chief Information Officer. Previously, he was with William Raveis Real Estate and Home Services where he was Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. Mr. Gamelli was responsible for the financial, technology, facilities and human resource departments. Mr. Gamelli has focused much of his attention over the last six years on the development of the technology infrastructure at William Raveis, which has been recognized as one of the most technologically advanced real estate firms in the nation. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Sales Agent Automation program and was lead developer for one of the basic Home-Link software applications. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
