We are a locally owned franchise of the Nationally known, SERVPRO Industries, Inc. Our SERVPRO OF NORTH WORCESTER franchise was established in 1999 (a franchise with the same name had a brief life under different ownership in the mid-1990's). In July of 2007, we relocated to or new location at 14 Putnam Lane, Worcester. At this new location we have expanded move-out storage capabilities, and improved highway access to our customers in the Worcester area.
Having a prime location is especially important to us, because we give our "1-4-8" promise to all our disaster customers:
We will respond to your initial contact within 1 hour;
We will be on site to begin loss mitigation within 4 hours;
We will have an initial assessment to your insurance company within 8 business hours.
We have many IICRC Certifications in the disaster restoration field, including Mold Remediation, and we are a member of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association. In addition to disaster restoration, we are also quite prepared to take on your every day cleaning challenges as well.
