SES provides detailed service for environmental compliance and management for private industry as well as for governmental agencies. For our clients, we provide the following environmental compliance support:

SES is responsive and thorough in assisting our clients, including government agencies, in providing detailed information for management of environmental compliance issues. For example, for Farmland Industries, Inc., we were able to complete 27 detailed Phase I environmental assessments within a 30-day period to support the expansion of product services. In response to U.S. EPA requirements, we have provided industrial clients with environmental audits of their facilities to assess compliance with RCRA, the CAA, CWA and National Pollution Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements, and land utilization. For Clay and Bailey Manufacturing, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri, SES developed a hazardous waste contingency plan that met all of the requirements of RCRA and documented arrangements made with all required local authorities. The contingency plan identified emergency coordinators and their responsibilities, and all appropriate emergency procedures necessary for their facility.

SES has extensive experience in reviewing new technologies and their impact on environmental compliance and remedial actions. As employees of a different company, several SES staff were responsible for the management and implementation of the U.S. EPA Superfund Innovative Technologies Evaluation (SITE) Program.
