Big disconnect between workers and management. Management is unapproachable. Never followed through with promises made to employee. Raises were a joke. No motivation as far as advancing in the company. Benefits were ok and facilities were nice.

Extreme Management problems Responsible for interpretation of blueprints, routing harnesses, wire kits, connectors, wire wraps, lacing, soldered connectors and circuit boards, crimped terminals (hand and machine), all per Military and Commercial requirements. All required documentation included and shipped with product. Solder inspections to MIL-STD-454 Commercial and MIL-STD-2000F all high reliability. Tools inspected daily for damage and calibration dates. Strong communication, detail, and organizational skills, as required. Planning and Purchasing of all contractual and raw materials needed to meet compliance with contractual agreement. All duties performed with limited to no supervision.

The workdays are good and filled with different tasks daily. I love this job so much, but they do not appreciate what I do that allows them to conduct thier work operations. I enjoyed working with the employees and being able to fix thier problems in a time effecient manner, it was a very friendly environment.I am looking for a job that has room for growth and advancement.
