Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Daly City, CASeptember 8, 2017
Don't work here. Every dept is nepotistic and if your not unionized here ton's of employees will complaint and management is useless to help you. And your fired. Many aspects of this place is who you know, and how long you will survive here. Just a matter of time until your fired and they say it was your fault and not the other way around. Horrible people, bad managements and no support and a backstabbing culture. Terrible.
Pros

I only got to work with the other techs for a few days, then I was placed at the ortho clinic, where I was on my own, except for a receptionist and the patients.
Pros
i was in charge, and could work unobstructed.
Cons
i was all alone, and it was only a limited contract.

Seton Medical Center, as part of the Daughters of Charity Health System, is organizationally driven by Vincentian Values. The CNE is a wonderful boss and a joy to work for/with.

People are anxious of the upcoming merger or closing of the hospital. They laid off a lot of nurses and others were wrongfully terminated.
