Things have definitely changed for the better
promoter, Wisconsin - January 10, 2016
I am writing this in January 2016. I see a number of discouraging reviews from 2012-13. But that is long past now and the company obviously has improved since because I'm pretty impressed and happy with the way things are done. Management stays in touch with promoters at least quarterly. Hourly pay is pretty decent. I really liked being trained by another area employee the first day. Otherwise, going into a strange environment having not ever met anybody in the company is pretty lonely and scary. I absolutely love my bosses. They are sensitive and flexible and caring and never show any signs of being frustrated. I happen to have bosses that are very upfront transparently honest, which makes him and her more real (since you never get to see them). I find this attribute highly honorable. I don't ever feel set up or put down. They want real solutions and they know that in order to grow the company the way they want to means they must practice being real with their employees. I don't think I've ever seen this behavior in any other company I've ever worked for. I feel very secure in my job because of this attitude. And I'm absolutely confident that's what they intend for me - security.
