Joined a high-performing and high volume IT support staff on the Technical Assistance Center, supporting more than 400 applications throughout Sharp Healthcare. I am currently assisting and supporting a variety of applications including Cerner Millennium and Centricity Web Framework, creating accounts and adding AD level permissions. Learning more about OnBase and Project Server and how it is utilized and supported by Sharp.
